St. Dalfour Green Tea

I was wondering, where in fact St. Dalfour green tea is made. What plantations, and what country ? It says on the box ...

"Certified, organic Green tea. Selected and blended under the direction of the tea experts of St. Dalfour France."

Does this mean the tea was infact, made in France ?.. not quite sure.

After analyzing the teabags , the package reads "Blended & packed in Sri Lanka under the direction of St. Dalfour France.

Does this actually mean it's Sri Lankan tea ?
