Most days I use two different cups. I'll use my Libre Glass & Poly tea glass for my more leisure oriented brewing. For the more formal cupping needs including those for my blogging habits... I'll use a typicaly white ceramic cupping set.
This morning I started with "Purity" from Tavalon, but have moved on several times and am currently drinking Vanilla Bean Chai from 52teas.com

Re: Tuesday TeaDay 2/9/10 TeaDay cups?
I stick with one cup all day, but I work from home. I'd rather rinse out my cup between teas than have to wash another one later.

It depends: sometimes I use only one cup for the whole day, sometimes one different each time.

Usually 3 for me.
Chawan for matcha 1st, followed by some other wan or yunomi for the next tea (green or white), then stainless thermal mug for tea to go to work or wherever.
Sometimes, I will use the same wan or yunomi for tea again at night, but then some other times I'll switch to a vessel that by my intuition matches the tea I choose as the last of the day.
Cheers - and a good tea day to you all.

Most days I would guess 3 different cups... one at work, and usually one or two different ones at home.
OK, this is a very "girlie" take on the poll subject, but it made me think about why I choose the cups I choose at certain times. For the most part, it's not a size or functional choice. I generally change cups for aesthetics and personal preference... its like accessorizing that moment of my day, like wearing the perfect perfume or choosing a certain pair of earrings... some days a certain cup just feels right, fits the moment, makes the experience feel more complete.
Size is likely to become a more frequent factor for me now, though. I finally got a proper yixing pot for my oolongs, so I suspect I will more frequently be using some of my smaller cups that don't generally get much attention. But, being the girlie that I am... I will pick the one that feels pretty and stylish.
Still on the Fancy TGY from Yunnan Sourcing, but I'm ready to move on to something else.

There is a cup that I use all the time in office and another cup I use all the time at home, and they are two identical cups

I normally use 2 tea cups on a typical day. I have a yixing cup for puerh and I use a ceramic cup for my other teas.

It is snowing woot ... that was a rather subdude woot ...
10-16 more inches expected.
I would say 2-4, usually switching with each tea. I don't want to overwork some cups and leave others deprived on service to the leaf.
Began the TD with Den's Sencha Shin-ryoku. SweeTea was there for a taste while Pyrit and Lil Bit stopped by the TeaTable for a visit. Oh, in a Hagi Deishi Biwa Wan, SO #4.
Next up, a tasting of Zencha Fuga LE served in a Seigan Blue Wan, SO #5.

Typically 1 cup for greens, whites and blacks but when I brew gongfu for Oolong or puerh I use 5-6 100ml cups at a time. I like to brew all my infusions and then drink them all instead of having to reheat the water 5-6 times for just 100ml at a time.

Re: Tuesday TeaDay 2/9/10 TeaDay cups?
I don't usually use different shapes of cups for different teas; sometimes with more fragrant oolongs, I will try to use a more tulip / bell shaped cup. Often if I'm brewing for myself, I'll pour into two different small cups; I drink one, and the other one I either drink, or pour over the pot or my little tea mascot.
Re: Tuesday TeaDay 2/9/10 TeaDay cups?
Well, currently I'm drinking from paper cups, as the kitchen is under renovation and I have no good way to wash/rinse dishes. In this case I'm using a different cup for each different tea. Normally though, I just use the same mug for the whole day, rinsing it out between teas.
