Really there is no rhyme or reason to my approach to tea. For example I've only had a hand full of different types of Taiwanese oolongs, they always sounded intriguing I just never got into them, but today I've been milking a Taiwan oolong fo all I can get out of it and rather enjoying it.
Though sadly I have no information on this oolong, other than I'm sure its from taiwan.

I usually start the day with a black, but which one I choose varies with my mood.
Enjoying some newly received Den's Sakura Sencha this afternoon. Of course I would have to fall in love with a limited edition tea... I don't even usually care for sencha or flavored teas.

Always a different type of tea in the mornings. The great diversity in tea is one of my favorite things about tea. When I used to drink coffee in the mornings I always drank the same exact kind of coffee every morning and it got so boring, maybe thats one reason I switched to drinking tea.
No tea today and none planned
because Im just getting over a stomach virus and nothing sounds very good right now. I feel much much better today than last night. I had trouble staying hydrated so the caffeine is probably a bad Idea anyways.

Pretty consistently I go for a black tea in the morning and I alternate between whatever is available...don't like the same thing everyday!
I've been scarce around here lately, but I've kept on reading (hi, to all the new folks) and enjoying the posts and pictures (thanks, everybody).

Some older baozhong this afternoon, I'm trying to get through some of my older stash. Boy the spring oolongs will taste great when they get here!

During the week I generally don't get around to tea until mid-morning, when it's invariably green, generally (not always) Chinese. Weekend mornings it's always black tea with breakfast.
Chunshan Silver Needle presently in the cup, most excellent.

I usually drink something really simple and easy for my first cup because I can't function until it's in my belly. Other than that, there's no way to narrow it down. It's the hardest decision of my day.

Generally it's whichever tea I feel like grabbing first. Black if I need a pick me up. Otherwise depends on what I have for breakfast too.
