The type of tea I have at any point during the day is directly related to the mood I happen to be in.
If I'm feeling energetic, then the tea tends to be more lively (i.e. fruity or minty).
If I'm mellowing out, then the tea tends to be more subtle (i.e. hint of vanilla in oolong).

I put no rhythem because sometimes I drink the same tea all day so it would be the same but some days I like to end with an herbal tea like sleepy time or lemon balm.
