deeho.com ...

by habeeb » Mar 23rd, '10, 19:25

Hi guys,

I was looking at [deeho dot com], couple questions

-anyone have a list of master yixing crafters or something along the lines?
-anyone ever order from [deeho dot com] ?
-anyone know of other websites of yixing like deeho ( master crafters ) ?
-anyone know the other crafters on deeho besides Zhu Dan ?

I know deeho might not appeal to many ( price, usability, collector .... ) , but I am the kinda of person who like rare and quality things..

thanks for any info guys. I look forward to people's comments on deeho and high value yixing..

To be a bit fair to the OP, deeho.com is mentioned in the seminal pu-erh website http://www.pu-erh.net/ as a source for high-end yixing teapots.

nope..personally i cant plunk that kinda cash down on anything but a new heat pump ;) unless you just really really want an expensive artisan teapot...well there are many nice functional hand made teapots out there at a fraction of the cost. so to each his own

Well, deeho is in Bejing, the OP is in the USA. This does not prove anything one way or another.

The rule violation for new member posting links has been addressed.

The topic stands unless other rule violations occur ...

Sure, Zhu Dan, Zhu Bin are famous potters (I forgot about others)

Speaking honestly, I wouldn't recommend Zhu Dan for high-end young master, over Wu Jie Ming, Zhu Qin Yong, Yuan Xiao Qiang, Gao Xu Feng or Shao Chun Liang IMHO

I'd rather fall for Zhu Bin though..
