UPS / FexEx / DHL International

Coming from Canada, it would be really nice to have another shipping method other than USPS ground. Most online stores offer at least either UPS or FexEx International Express shipping, which does move things along a lot faster, as well as provides the ability to track your shipment. DHL isn't as common, but would be okay to have too.

Also, in my experience, there has been less damage with packages going through UPS or FexEx compared to the USPS or Canada Post. On my most recent order, two of the tins of tea were dented. Personally, I don't really care, its the tea that I'm after. However, if it were a gift it might be a bit of a different story.

Thanks and keep up the great work Adagio!

... whereas I (in the US) would really love the option to get USPS for my order--anything sent via a private carrier (ie. FedEx or UPS) I have to get shipped to work. Not only do I like to keep my purchases away from nosy coworkers, I also feel guilty making people schlep around boxes for me @ the office when they're not work related!

Thank you both for these suggestions.

At this time, our shipping methods are allowing us to keep the cost of shipping very low. Please note that if you order a lighter order from Adagio, and your are shipping in the continental US, it will likely be sent via USPS (1 lb or under).

Again, thank you for these suggestions. We will keep them in mind for the future.

I just wanted to add my support for these suggestions! My first 2 orders arrived within 4 days of shipping (in Ireland!) and this past order has been two weeks tomorrow!

I'm all out of tea and am surviving on tea bags. :(

I'm a silly person  and would pay extra if the option were available to me, to get my tea here faster!

I've sent recommendations to local friends too, but if the shipping is inconsistent or unreliable, it's not going to be very popular.
