Speaking of which... I have a very large bag full of puerh samples from various recent purchases. All well marked and labeled, of course, but soooo many of them, I don't know that I'll ever get around to buying a whole bing, much less a tong or more.
I guess I better get to it! Most often, I drink it at my office. The super short steeps make it easy to do when I'm dashing between tasks or clients. I'm so much less likely to forget I'm brewing and ruin my tea. Also, I keep little tasting cups on my tea tray, so that any client who happens to be there when I'm brewing can have a small cup of whatever I'm drinking. Most of the time, it's some kind of tea they've never tried.
