How to properly prime your Tetsubin?

What are the traditional ways of priming a new or old tetsubin? And how to fix the interior if it start to rust? There are so many theory, but which one works the best :roll:

I think Hojo has a topic on this. He talks about boiling tea for the rust if I remember correctly.
