A follow up to yesterday, is there a gender bias with technology use when brewing TEA?

I am female and use digital scale for Japanese greens. I eyeball everything else.

Kaboku sencha this morning in my new Pink Shino from TO cup.

I missed this one somehow...apparently I´m the only woman here that eyeballs everything :lol:

which is pretty much how I cook too :)

also I think drinking almost entirely blacks and oolongs I don´t need a thermometer (boiling is fine) and I don´t use a timer because...uhm...apparently I have a very low bitter sensitivity and I always drink overbrewed tea. :oops:

I basically infuse until the water looks saturated...if it infuses longer the only thing that happens is it cools a bit xD
