"Treasure" Hunt

What have you found in pressed pu'erh teas other than tea?
So far:
-- a pebble,
-- none tea plants looking like a wine.

Waiting for that precious stone to show up.

Haven't really been looking for fun treasures in my pu. Wondering if you tend to find treasures more in sheng or shu? I bet they would be easier to spot in sheng....with the lighter color and all.

I've found hair, puerh seed, bits of paper and shredded plastic (like fake easter basket grass). I'm just waiting for the one that has a band-aid.

I posted a topic about this a while ago. http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... ce#p149982

I've also found hair, shredded plastic, paper, and a piece of rice chaff. Luckily no Band-aids though.

The shredded plastic is part of the bagging that most companies used to use to wrap their baskets that held 84 Chabings. I've seen it quite a few times.

Did you really get a grashopper's Leg? I guess a little extra protein never hurt anybody.

If it makes you feel better, Tim, you can pretend it is a pebble or a piece of dried corn!

Rinse the tea my friend. And brush before bed.
