Re: Monday TeaDay 5/24/10 TeaViews?
My favourite places to drink tea are my bedroom and my gfs bedroom...so we have our puters, lots of books, artwork, our tea stashes and normal bedroom stuff in our view while drinking tea
Today I´ve been drinking the last of my April in Mexico floral flavoured black tea and now moving on to Taiwan Wuyi.

Right now my favorite place to drink tea is in my living room. There is a great view of the beautiful backyard we just got. I am usually on the computer when I'm drinking tea, either because I'm writing about it, or because I'm working. If I had my way I'd drink tea more often in tea houses.

Mostly in front of a computer, either at home or at work, sometimes in the car, sometimes in front of the tv (or with friends around the coffee table in the living room, with the tv off). I wish I had more time to spend reading, because I've always enjoyed tea with a good book!
Yunnan Noir today at work, no tea with dinner, sadly.

Finishing up the TeaDay with some longjing. My current view, aside from kitchen, computer, and back yard, is the book I'm reading. (Peony by Pearl S. Buck-- it's really wonderful and I highly recommend it!)

Sometimes I take teas which have a strong nice aroma indoors since taking it outdoors the wind does carry it away. One such tea is Ding Gu Da Fang a green tea.

Yep, same here.Chip wrote:Front and center is a view of the TeaTable which is oft too cluttered ... trying to break that habit. Then views of teaware, mostly Japanese, TC TAs, and some Chinese and Taiwanese. Also TEA ... and canisters. And some art ... a scroll of cranes.

Re: Monday TeaDay 5/24/10 TeaViews?
My favorite view is the face on another tea drinker! Lots of times my actual view is a computer screen...either teachat here at home or my screen at work. I love to drink tea outside on our deck...the view is kind of park-like due to some common ground with a pond behind our house.
Right now, the view is some lovely O-cha Sae Midori (last year's) in a sweet little blue wan that was a Teachat special offer.
Happy "viewing",
