Tough call, after not having sencha for so long, it was a sencha month. Nothing I would call "worst," but one shincha has been a bit of a problem for me, Yuuki Yutaka. Just never got it quite right. Still working the kinks out of the brewing I guess.

Brandon, are those peas or edamame? I love edamame! Your breakfast looks delicious.

I don't remember anything truly that bad, but if so, I guess it was amidst the flurry of FF Darjeeling I had. Some were definitely not so good.

A treat this morning, some Hawaiian Oolong.

Have a nice day everyone!

Wow. That's a nice picture. Why does my breakfast never look that good? With melon slices and everything.

My "worst" was a sencha that I let steep for far too long. So it was my fault. But still good.

Worst tea of the month was a bottled Ito En iced green tea. A plain organic Jasmine Green liter of iced green tea. Petuey! I could tell I wasn't going to like it when I poured it into a glass. It smelled like canned asparagus...not my type of tea!

Wild Blueberry Pie. I have never had a tea whose liquor actually managed to detract from the cup, but this one had a cloudy grey colour that was just revolting. It matched the flavour of the tea.

Just finished some DoMatcha, and now I'm off to get some more Selimbong Darjeeling.

Great TD. Began with first tasting of Shincha Traditional from Hibiki-an, cannot say I nailed it this time ... SweeTea might agree while TEAh and Pyrit were just passing through the TeaTable.

Next up, Asatsuya from Yuuki-Cha, no problems brewing this one. And currently, Sae Midori from O-Cha to finish a Shincha Hat Trick.

I've been drinking the Sae Midori shincha almost exclusively since my order arrived. What a nice tea. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd infusions are so different, it's like having 3 different teas in the morning.
Worst tea this month? I've been drinking SM in the morning, and my favorite Den's houji-kukicha in the evenings, with an occasional evening green rooibos from a local shop. Love them all, haven't had a bad cup. Sipping on the houji right now, delicious.

I really don't know :? They were all really good this month that I hate to pick one. Maybe camamille was the worst but it wasn't bad.

Today was not a big tea day for me after this morning. :( Aside from the magnolia pu-erh, I only made a chrysanthemum tisane, which I'm drinking right now.

Didn't remember having any bad tea this month.

Starting the TD with organic Iroka matcha in the morning then Saemidori shincha in the afternoon, both from yuuki-cha.

Sencha sun tea left in the sun too long- it started to ferment and tasted like wine. Not necessarily bad, just really weird. Pitched it rather than risk getting sick.
