I am no longer without internet! Although sadly, at the moment only one person in the house can be on at a time, since our router's broke and we have to hardline to even get internet. But it works, and we should have a new router tomorrow. And since I can't get TC at work, well... I'm back now.

As for a fave list, it's still morphing, but I'd have to say (in no particular order): Adagio's Snowbud and Yunnan Noir, and oolong both greener and roastier (but I haven't had enough to really bring it down to a couple types).

Today: Yunnan Noir all day at work, no tea when I got home because it was still nearly 90* out and I'd gone to work out right after work... so I was a little warm.

It was pretty cold and yucky here today, but I didn't mind, because it was very conducive to napping and drinking tea (which is what I wanted to do this afternoon, having gotten very little sleep  ). Earlier, I made some bi lo chun, which I haven't had in a long time, and I just made some genmaicha, which I haven't had in a while (but not as long as the bi lo chun).

This really wasn't so hard. I just thought for a while about which teas I pine for most when they're in one place and I'm in another. Which Dan Cong to put down is a bit of a problem, because both the 'Po Tou' or Ginger Flower Fragrance and the Honey Orchid are fabulous, but I gave the nod to the Honey Orchid because there are times when I prefer the Honey Orchid to the more tempermental (but also more fabulous) Ginger Flower.

I haven't found a favorite sencha to fit with these yet, but it will come in time.

Spring Diamond Tie Guan Yin from Norbu

White Bud Sheng Puerh from Norbu

Lemon Myrtle Rooibos from the Cultured Cup

Honey Orchid Phoenix Oolong from Tea Habitat

Anji Precious Rare White Tea from Wing Hop Fung

Thinking hard of which would be my favored tea. I love them all, blacks, wuyi, dan cong, tie guan yin, all Chinese. Keep on changing so not to blunt the flavor of a good tea. Could not imagine having black tea other than for breakfast.
