Anybody tried this chinese green tea:

I got it as a sampler and don't have a clue how to brew it...

I would say jump in and give it a try ... :mrgreen: I have never had this one.

I might try a slightly lower temp due to the somewhat floral nature of this green. Say 160-170* F (70-76* C) for 1-2 minutes. I oftewn go 2 minutes for the 1st steep of Chinese greens and then a minute for the second.

This looks like a dense leaf, so by volume you would not need much, but if you have a scale, maybe try .75-1 gram per 30 ml water.

That is what I do an d go on 1 min for up to 6th.

If you have no scale try 1 level teaspoon/30 ml or 3 - 4 tsp /120 ml.
