A hostage to like raw puerh? No, but my posts on specific subtopics - evidenced by queries on ripened cakes, accelerated aging, and young sheng - suggests that I'm willing to learn about things that sometimes aren't addressed completely.

I'd love to be a hostage to raw puerh. At this point, however, it seems aged puerh is my best bet.

when you´re buying aged tea...it doesn´t need to be 20+ years old... 5+ years old while not aged to perfection is old enough to not taste or look like green tea anymore.

Eh, idk. It would take a pretty wet stored cake to take out the bitterness which he is complaining of. Then the problem would become the dirty forest taste...
