Chip, you are too funny! I checked 0%
before I read your explanation of the 0%!!
Of course this will change once this mythical GD arrives! It may take a mythological creature to enlighten you to greens!
Japanese greens, I could almost say 100%, but even I crave variety outside of the steamed greens of Japan. Shincha time is almost 100% Japanese greens, although OTTI-s helped prevent that this year. Over the course of a year, likely 75%, would be higher but there is often a period where I am out of sencha, etc for a month, usually right before shincha.
Began the TD with ... shincha ... prelim tasting of Moe for Zencha. Quite good, SweeTea would have to agree ... also attending but just watching were Gandalf and Lili.

I said 10% overall, but right now because of Shincha season and the OTTI it's probably more like 30-40%. We'll see where it ends up.
Started the day with Sencha Shin-Ryoku from Den's. Very mellow, but I think I'm starting to appreciate it.

My vote was 10% because I do occasionally drink genmaicha.
This morning's tea was the Adagio Masters Series TKY, followed by Nilgiri Blue from Tao of Tea at work.
