I don't have much personal experience with Dr. Weil though I'm sure he's helped plenty of people over the years. I did find the article interesting though as a tea-lover, even though he's pushing his products, and thought I'd share... :wink:

yeah..ive seen his line of ito-en teas at our earthfare. never tried it tho
