Re: Wednesday TeaDay 8/18/10 2020 vision to embrace tea?
third tea of the teaday! After dinner I brewed up the Ooigawa Supreme from O-Cha again...with less time and without the odd chawan mineral taste I am getting a different impression...light and astringent just a touch of sweetness that lingers on the tongue.

Oops forgot to answer the QOTD. I think we will see some headway in tea becoming more mainstream. I would like to see more RTD unsweetened/ unflavored teas on the market as well.
Just finished with the '97 Bulang. I think I transcended space & time during that session. It was seriously that good.
$150/cake

Am I a bad person? My reaction was that if fine green tea becomes even more popular than it is today, there won't be enough to go around....
In my cup this morning = another trial of the Tai Ping Hou Kui. Much improved using parameters from TC posters, but still not exciting.
