has any one have a little knowledge of the Japanese language? looking what the writing on top and bottom of the pots, all i know is the prize and the color (hopefully not a glaze, just reduced oxygen during baking). hoping this is a sesame filter, ive heard that pages 41-45 are, so.....
has anyone bought one of these black kyusu and have any reviews,

I bought a black tokoname kyusu from O-cha which is the same colour, it has a steel infuser screen and some painting on the outside of the pot though.
I can tell it has not been glazed to get that colour...it´s just from the clay and firing.
I dont know about the specific pots you are looking at, but the colour is definitely possible in an unglazed pot.

855 and 856 say seramesshu (ceramesh/ceramic) above them. If you look above 861, you will see 3 characters. They say sasame. I'm not sure what the difference is...maybe ceramesh could also be a ball filter...?

I am a bit confused as to what the difference between the "seramesshu" (contraction of "ceramic mesh," I think?) and "sasame" is; all of the references I can find to "seramesshu" and "sasameseramesshu" seem to be referring to what we'd all think of as simply being a sasame.
Various filters are pictured with brief explanations at
http://eocha.net/?mode=f6, but the photos for seramesshu and sasame are similar and the explanations are identical.
Anyway, OP, if you order one of those two kyuusu, I think it's very reasonable to expect that you'll get an unglazed pot with a sasame filter.
