Friday TeaDay 8/27/10 A better miracle!

Good news, yesterday's study was WRONG. The new and correct study concludes that your tea is THE tea, the elixer of long life and a panacea, but you must drink 2X as much. Is this doable?

If i could squeeze in all the tea drinking before 3pm, maybe but too much later and i have trouble sleeping (which would probably negate the benefits of tea).

No tea so far, its been a pretty busy day and i havent had time. I got a shipment from norbu today but i wont be able to try anything til monday atleast, i have a pretty busy weekend lined up so not much time to sit and enjoy trying new teas. going to make some mystery pu to take to work.

On the surface, this sounds great, but ...

I would hate for tea drinking to turn into an obligatory thing, and very rushed and pushed. This would be tough for me to adapt to since tea drinking is more or less naturally occurring that has evolved into routine.

I would have to force myself into a new tea routine.

Great TeaDay so far ... a dribs and drabs blend that was quite nice to start the TD ... SweeTea enjoyed while Fuji and Shincha stopped by. Currently Warashina Supreme from the O-C.

I had two cups of Long Jing this morning, and two more cups of the same in the afternoon. I also had two cups of Darjeeling for brunch with my wife. So, I had six cups so far today, and took three pee breaks. Not sure if I can handle 2X.

If it just means twice as much of my favorite tea, and maybe a little less of my other teas, switching proportions around, that wouldn't be a terrible hardship. Trying to drink twice as much tea in general, that *would* be tricky. I'd sure be happy to try!

Today, I only got in one tea, but it was a good quart and a half of the 2007 White Bud sheng puerh from Norbu. 3 liters of it would be tough.

Bai mu dan....other than having to get used to some serious caffeine issues...I could definitely drink more of it
