Japanese Teawares and other crafts

by Tea4Todd » Sep 6th, '10, 06:22

I can't read the entirety of the website, but they seem to have some really nice handcrafted Chataku, and other teaware's lot's of different artists in the Gallery section. Hope everyone likes it!

Wow, that's one great-looking guest house. Simple but awesome!

It looks like a Ryokan / Traditional Japanese guest house, without the thermal bath section, I would like to rebuild my home in this style.

Did you all check out the Gallery section on the other page and click the different artists to look at their crafts? There are a lot of tea related crafts, I just don't know how to go about purchasing them. :?:

Oh ok, so it is a guesthouse, that you can stay at, so basically it is an upscale Ryokan. It includes a lot of amenities and is available for singular night stays. It's kind of pricey though, they feature 3 artists every few months and display their works in the Guesthouse gallery...all artists goods are available for purchase (in person only) so, they don't sell online....but all the prices of the artists wares can be found on the other site, as long as the prices for food from the Restaurant....seem's like an awesome place, I really want to go now! lol It's 219 dollars a night for the basic room....but even the basic room looks like it'd be a treat :)
