Can I have a
variety of my
favorites?
I guess if I really had to choose, it would be my favorite. The problem with that would be figuring out which is my all-time fave.
Yunnan Golden Pekoe at home today. No tea at work today, I have to restock my tea drawer. I might get desperate enough to get some bottled tea from the machine.

Really tough call. If it would be good teas (according to my tastes) and w/i the realm of types I like, I am leaning towards the variety option. As much as I cannot imagine never again having Yutaka Midori (or Supreme) from the O-C, I would go bonkers having the same one tea day in, day out ... day after day ... week after week ... etc.
But the teas would have to be good!!!

Having been a Tea drinker for a very long time, I would choose an OK Teas variety, as opposed to one FAV tea. But, again, it
must be
Camellia sinensis.
Golden Lion assam again this morning. It truly has become my favorite Tea for every day.

And all the tea snobs said ...
Began the TD with a prelim tasting of Hachiju-hachiya from Maiko. SweeTea was present while Wulong and Fuji stopped by briefly.

It depends...I don't think I can drink a favorite everyday for the rest of my life, no matter how favorite it is to me.
I'd like a nice variety even if they aren't the best quality, the difference in flavors from one tea to the next would keep me drinking tea and more interested in it.

I don't have a favorite tea yet, since I'm a tea noob, so variety is a must for me right now, but lately I've been digging into my kukicha the most.
Sipping on osmanthus silver needle from rishi.

What flavors do you get from the osmanthus? I have been wanting to try osmanthus oolong for a while now.

Mmmmm it would depend on how lesser...I could do ok drinking tea from my local shops (steeps and davidstea) and the budget teas from my fav online vendors like O-cha and Jing Tea Shop. But if it´s the variety pack of teabags from the supermarket I would have to go with one favourite instead xD

I agree, if it was mass produced supermarket junk, I'd have to go with one favorite. If it was the value priced teas from many of our favorite online shops, then I'd choose the variety.

Osmanthus? Fruity, floral...but very slight not overpowering at all like jasmine....found it to be smooth and slightly buttery

I have been drinking tea for about a year now and my faorite tea has changed several times, i am sure it will continue to change for a while. Plus if i was told i could only drink one tea, i would eventually get tired of it and probably eve grow t hate it. i lik routine, but you still need variety occasionally.
Rishi pu today. OTTI box arrived just as i was leaving for work so it will have to sit neglected until tomorrow

Started my teaday with matcha matsu from DavidsTea before school then O-cha´s genmaicha with matcha after I got home and now Steeps organic rooibos to end the teaday.
I wouldn´t mind too much being limited to this level of tea...even they are all fairly inexpensive.
Ok nevermind about rooibos finishing the teaday...I made another bowl of matcha to enjoy with Lindt dark chocolates.
