Craving more oolongs than I can drink! Currently in my cup:
Gan Kou Oolong from Taiwan, A sample from Tea Masters of
a rolled wuyi type, distinctively wuyi, interesting and a nice
change for this Thursday afternoon.

Ditto on the Shin-ryoku, attempting to refilter pour from a kyusu through a fine strainer per Ambrose's experiment. SweeTea noticed no difference while Lili and Shincha were impressed with the TeaXperiments at the TeaTable.

I went with 8. I love them and crave them, but I just haven't been drinking them as often lately.

A long, cold winter day makes me crave roasted wuyi. When the cold's gotten into the bones, a warm room and some da hong pao is most welcome.

My little wuyi pot gets neglected over the summer months but in the coming months I'll certainly be thinking of this:

as I head towards home.

It's very rare these days that I crave lighter tgy, dan cong or taiwan oolong but I do enjoy them on occasion.

Loving your creative faircups Proinsias!

Gongfu'd some Hongcha today, I'm getting quite a bit more fruity notes and less malt when compared to western style brewing. Very tasty.

Like 'em, in fact like 'em a lot, especially lighter roasts, Baozhong, Alishan, some TGY and such. But "crave" is a bit strong. So I guess it's 5 for me.

No tea yet tonight, though I sense some sencha in the offing. Longjing earlier in the day.

I'm sorry, it's going to be a 2 for me... I don't know why, it's just not my thing. I've tried it a lot, and I'm sure I'll try it again in the future-- who knows, maybe I'll like it next time? (I really want to like it!!!)

If pouchong is classified as an oolong though. I'll bump it up to a 10. Pouchong == love.

Keemun this afternoon, pouchong right now. (Apparently, tea is okay after dental work, yay! )

Skippyandjif, pouchong is oolong, green oolong.

Mystery sencha with the Mrs. followed by a very good white from a TCer.

Great TD!!!

At this point in my "tea journey", green oolongs are what I crave and drink almost every day. I have other teas, but when deciding what to drink I always go to the green oolongs, nothing else sounds as good. My tea for today was some Long Feng Xia oolong from Tea From Taiwan.

10+!

Im a bit late for the crave factor teadays :( but I cannot resist putting in a 10 for oolong because there my favorite and I crave them all the time. Ive never had an oolong I didn't love.
Wuyi's are my favorite followed closely by high mt. oolongs and bao zhongs.
