My name is Peter.

How long have you been drinking tea?

Since 2 years intensive, since 20 years Loose-leaf or longer including teebagtime :?

What was your first Tea?

Earl Grey was the first real tea, I buy myself ( I have enjoy it like Jean Luc Picard :D )

What is your favorite Tea currently?

Tikuanyin, Alishan, Longching and Sunday Dong Ding ( 2004)

What is your next purchase?

Cutlery for the kunfucha, Tikuanyin (1997)

Where is your favorite spot to brew up?

At home or in my garden


Here is a very nice forum, I never found such in the german world.
Pleas let me read here and write my modest ideas.

The question is: how can i learn to tast the tea and distinguish the different flavours? Is it like grass, flowery, like malt, a splash of lemon and witch lemon? grapefruit ore orange? ... etc ...

I still have a very limited vocabulary for tea flavors, but it is improving with time and much practice!

It is like kungfu or taijiquan.
