30% - I went overboard big time at the beginning of the year.
This coming year, the percentage should be much better!

Breakfast this morning, toasted rice cake, with two types of organic almond butter (raw-creamy & roasted crunchy), organic bananas, wild blueberries, strawberries, cherries, and organic honey drizzled on top. I pretty much have some version of this every morning with my matcha.

ps - took the photo in my homemade light-box.

Other than problems like the one I'm having now, where I keep lifting the gaiwan lid to check on the next infusion of my Oolong and finding it unaccountably empty, because some twerp drank the last infusion and didn't refill it, I am very happy with my tea purchases this year.
None of this year's purchases have been sampled then sent directly to the worm bin, and none have gone directly to the break room tea collection either. There was one that I just couldn't handle that found a new home with other tea-chatters. Many are yet awaiting their proper turn, as I attempt to avoid having way too many of this and that open at one time, and it will be a few years before I'm much in need of more puerh, but the ones I have bought are all drinkable, and will find their time.
Now if I could just invent the self-refilling gaiwan I'd be a happier camper.

>80%, there have been a couple I haven't liked, period, but most of them I've at least been able to cook with. So for consumption as tea, probably 70-80%, for some form of usage (including fixing for my roommate, as is the case with rooibos) probably closer to 90%. There's still 1 I'm uncertain about using for cooking. Was pretty expensive, but something about it keeps turning my stomach when I drink it.
Yunnan Noir at work, Four Season Spring oolong in 2 travel mugs to take to a friend's house tonight. And homemade pumpkin fudge

100% here but the problem is that if you asked how many new teas I tried this year it would be close to none

. To cut back on budget I bought less tea but made sure it was stuff I really liked from last year.
