Hi guys
It has been several weeks since I am following your discussion on the teachat so I decided to be a part of this community. My story as a tea fan started this summer when I accidentally visited a local teashop. Of course, the quality was low but then I bought some kukicha which was packed in japan (under nitrogen). After the check of the proper brewing parameters my eyes have been "opened". The Japanese greens made an impression on me so I tried some Chinese green tea, pu-erh and now my "experiments" are focused on oolong
. recently I ordered some sencha and gyokuro from Hibiki-an, and these days should arrive my order from jing tea shop.
To finish up my introduction; I am 26 years old, from Slovakia, however my nationality is Hungarian. The last 2 years I live in Italy, but right now I am on a stage in Spain. As you can see its a bit complicated

They are easy to brew, especially on the road.
