Ingredients:
*48oz boiling water
*1 teaspoon loose oolong tea leaves
*2 teaspoons loose white peppermint tea leaves
*16 mint leaves for garnish
*peppermint schnapps or lime juice for rimming splenda for rimming
*12 oz malibu rum
Instructions:
1.) pour 1 teaspoon each white peppermint and oolong teas in a tea infuser. 2.) pour 6 oz. boiling water over tea leaves. let steep 5 mins. 3.) pour tea into pitcher. repeat. 4.) add an additional teaspoon of white peppermint tea to the 5th cup. 5.) add the malibu rum 6.) rim 6 glasses/cups with either peppermint schnapps or lime juice and splenda 7.) tear mint leaves in half and place 4 halves in the bottom of each cup/glass 8.)pour tea and rum over the mint leaves.
makes 6 servings

Mojitos are typically lighter drinks, so spiced rum might be a little odd, or at least no longer a true mojito variant. Haven't you seen those Bacardi ads?

i agree, but if you like spiced rum (i don't), i'd think it'd go better with hot tea. again, not that i've tried it- i'm just thinking of it being a simillar theory to spiced hot apple cider.
