I tasted a really good shu at a local teashop a few weeks ago. I would have bought it but it seemed expensive for a 2006ish shu. I'm uncertain of the recipe but the wrapper looked identical to this:

It was definitely that wrapper, but I know that doesn't mean too much. Just curious where I can find this, I can find the raw version several places, but not the cooked.
