Hello from northern Italy

by febs » Nov 8th, '10, 15:23

Here I am, introducing my self just as the etiquette requires.

I dropped coffee (well, almost) in favor of tea, especially green one (so far, a bencha I bought in a Chinese import-export shop is the best I ever tried; although the steeping times are significantly different from the ones I found online).
I just got my first IngenuiTEA (yeah, I plan to order another one for home).

And sometimes I have questions and thoughts I would like to share with other experts and enthusiasts.
So here I am.

Ciao :)

Welcome to Italy :)
Where exactly in the North?

Recently I bookmarked a nice Italian online vendor - can't read it but a webtranslator helps :)
Perhaps something for you.

ciao
Marco

Welcome to teachat, I imagine it is safer to drink tea rather than Barolo if you have to drive your car!

LOL, thank you all for the warm and fun welcome!

I'm from Milano. There's a shop here which does import export of a lot of asian (and african, and south america, actually) stuff, among which there's green tea (almost unbranded, and packaged in cheap and ugly plastic, but delicious so far) and teaware.
I'll stick with my IngenuiTEA for a while though.

Well, probably. Those cast iron teapots looks so sexy...

I write you privately. But if it's fair, I'll also post it here for the sake of other milanese fellows.

EDIT: I've read the rules ;) and I saw that only users with six posts and a thirty days-old account can post links. So I'll wait for that :)
