Hi,
I'm from the UK and have been drinking tea for about 40 years

I fell across this website looking for info about theanine. Does anyone know if theanine any good for headaches/migraines? I found that if I drink a cup of tea with 2 teabags in it my headache tends to eventually go.
Best wishes

Welcome
Do you drink lots of tea daily?
Might be a caffeine withdrawl headache, strong tea will certainly fix that.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your replies I'll give it some thought about caffeine withdrawal.
I'm a huge tea drinker and drink mainly 2 British types: PG Tips and Lancashire Tea. If I'm in the mood I also drink Lady Grey which is a Twinings blend with added lemon and orange oils. Yes I do use teabags because they are convenient and consistent. I was brought up on leaves but they are soooooooooo messy.
Thanks for making me feel so welcome and best wishes
