Well not sure I could narrow it down to exactly one, but some that are definitely in the running for my tea of the year in 2010 are:

Tea Trekker's Ujeon,
Mandarin Tea Rooms Jin Jun Mai (first and second grades)
O-Cha 7132
O-Cha Kirameki Shincha
O-Cha Yame Gyokuro.
Both of Dao Tea's Balhyocha-s

I'm not sure i could pick one specific tea, this was my first year drinking tea so i tried alot of different teas. I would probably say young sheng pu is currently my fave category out of all the different teas i tried with green oolongs as a close second.
