Has anyone purchased tokoname from them? Do you think they are reputable and the pots are of good quality?

Yes I have purchased a couple Tokoname from them. They are fine.
Delivery can be slow, but no problems.

I have not purchased from them, but they do have some interesting kyusu-s.

Since you were asking about Banko in another topic, I would not buy a < $20 Banko from them and expect miracles.

Sometimes things are on backorder and they wait to ship. Have you checked your order status on their website?

Seb, give some more time. Due to Christmas, new year as well as the snow storm, etc.. the deutschepost can not deliver parcel from abroad on time. Delay has something to do with Frankfurt airport being closed for a week or so. Some of the parcels had been in transit elsewhere.

I have also something ordered almost a month ago from Japan. It just arrived at Frankfurt today; hope will receive it soon.

sebpassion, I think they might still be stuck in customs or have only recently been processed there.
Customs at Frankfurt Airport were REALLY slow from before Christmas until the new year. I was waiting for something from Japan that had been shipped via EMS on December 15th and I finally received the letter that said I had to go pick it up at the local customs office yesterday. So I went to pick it up today... That's why we pay extra for "express" shipping, right?

Don't you have the tracking number? What does the website say? You can also call DHL Express in Germany and ask if they know anything as long as you have the tracking number.

Really sad to hear the Gyokko pots are sold out now. I hope the ones you bought will still arrive.
