I would be a slightly roasted high mountain oolong or something like that.
Why? I don't know. Just a vibe thing.
As much as I like sencha, I just don't identify with steaming.

After much thought, I finally chose whites. Quieter and more subtle.
Great TD was filled with teas that are certainly not like me, began with Sencha the Ultimate from Zencha with the Mrs. Next up Sencha 7132, and finished up with karigane Masashi from O-Cha.

Silver needles. To my knowledge never gets bitter. I never get mad so thats why I think of bitter meaning angry. Thats all I can think of now.
