Sencha after running

Sencha after running

I've started running semi-recently. Day-to-day, I usually drink puerh and Taiwanese oolong, but I've found that I inevitably crave sencha (especially sae midori!) after a run. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? My fiancee has been a runner for years now; I asked her if she likes sencha after running and she looked at me like I was going insane! :lol:

Although I don't run, I do bike. And I often crave sencha after biking. However, I crave sencha all the time ... in fact I am craving sencha right now. :mrgreen:

I consume tea before exercise, it give`s me more strenght, I usually drink sencha or gyokuro before I go to the gym, it works wonders.

No reason needed to crave sencha here. Before, after, and meantime if possible. :mrgreen:
