My favourites change from moment to moment...so yes!

Re: Monday Teaday 2/7/11 Circumstantial favorite?
I'm not an absolutist so I assume that my taste could change or I could happen upon a tea that wows me. I started out drinking mostly Japanese teas, moved on the Chinese greens and whites, which I still love, and now I've got lots of small bits of puerh to taste, including the OTTI.
Lots of tea in my cup today - some Huang Shan Mao Feng, a mild green from Jing's, Yu Qian An Ji Bai Cha, a second picking from Seven Cups, and finally Phoenix Eye Jasmine from the Tea Gallery. I've got to stop now or I won't be able to sleep tonight.

Oh, absolutely. Been there, done that, will probably do so again some day.
Finished off some very mediocre Dong Ding earlier in the day; made up for that just now with some anything-but-mediocre LiShan.

Not likely... I just kind of like whatever I like, my "favorite tea" can change at any time provided it's yummy enough. (Right now it's a tie between gyokuro and pu-erh, nom nom nom.)
Rose congou all this afternoon; currently sipping a rosemary tisane.

Tough day today ... while checking posts, I came across a new member, first post with a link. Upon opening the link, viola, virus. I am exposed to all kinds of crap as a moderator, and my virus, etc. protection has always worked flawlessly, but not this time.
So, the PC is a mess, and I will be taking a harder stance regarding new members posting links. Word to the wise, just do not open any new member's links ...
We have the forum set to not allow clickable links for new members, this at least makes you think about it before opening.

Pretty much me to a "TEA." I cannot imagine any circustance causing me to change personal fave, sencha ... unless perhaps a sudden non availablity of Japanese greens? Yikes.olivierco wrote:I have tasted many teas (difficult to figure out precisely how many but more than 500 for sure not counting small samples) and Japanese greens are still my favorite teas.
Great TD despite the stress, beginning with Kumpu from Ippodo with the Mrs and followed by Musashi from O-Cha. Finished with Jade Tips from Imen via a member.
