Info on "Feng Qing" studio?

My usual tea shop recently offered two pieces of this ru yao style celadon teapot for sale. Both sold within a week - I was the sucker to pick up the last piece...

It was made in Taiwan and I think the chop translates into "Feng Qing." Can anyone share some background on the studio / person? I can't seem to find any meaningful information through google.

I think this might be "feng qing tang" I've had loads of their stuff (none any more). They make a lot of mid-range porcelain stuff. I've seen loads of vendors with their stuff. Most of the big eBay vendors stock Feng Qing pieces. Usually their basic blue and white gaiwans like these. Must be quite a large studio.

I have had a few pieces by them, but I didn't care for them that much, compared to Chun Ping, whose stuff they used to sell. It's definitely fairly thick / solid, which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you want (I found the way the lid sat in the gaiwan very uncomfortable), and I would guess it's manufactured in pretty large quantities. In person, there's something I don't love about the designs on their blue and white stuff. I would say roughly comparable to Sanshe and similar manufacturers.

There's quite a bit on Taobao and other auction sites as well.

Thanks for your comments. I have seen the stuff sold by HouDe and ebay merchants but there isn't any information on Feng Qing Tang itself.

Can anyone shed some light?

I have a few other pieces of their teaware myself. Those are all standard glazes and I would agree the quality is mediocre. This is the first celedon piece I have seen bearing their mark and the workmanship is a few notches above the bog standard stuff. Do they have a premium line?

I don't understand what kind of information you want specifically. I think that piece is pretty nice looking, but the designs aren't anything that unusual.

Given the amount sold out of mainland China, and given the comments of a friend who visited Yingge recently, I'm wondering if some / all of the Feng Qing Tang stuff may be manufactured in mainland China, not in Taiwan. I don't have any specific information either way, though.

Their stuff is made on the mainland and shipped to back to the island. It's fairly common here and is considered a mid-range celadon. I like the large crackles your piece has. They'll stain beautifully.

Zensuji, capacity of the pot is 200ml.

It'll take a while to stain... the glaze is pretty and I haven't had the heart to bath the pot with tea
