Thanks, that's good to know, I just watched the video. But given the fact that they originally pressed tea into cakes simply to make it less bulky and facilitate transport in greater quantities over the great distance eastward,
it makes sense to me that if one is into sheng pu-erh to buy it as maocha at least 4 years old as it would be aging faster and be at an advanced stage. I just ran across an interesting blog put out by the owner of puerhshop.com.
