My main concern with this regard is fluoride poisoning due to the consumption of rubbish tea.

Cheers.
How does unauthentic puerh tea be related to fluoride poisoning?

There're many other daily based goods containing fluor, some are consumed/exposed to us in large amount, namely tap water or toothpaste. They may contain much more fluoride than this "unauthentic suspected source".
