7562 is a roughly 60:40 blend of lightly fermented shu with darker fermented shu. The leaves are green-brown, but not completely green nor completely brown (as above).
However, 7562 has no identifiable sheng taste or properties when brewed. It does not get bitter when overbrewed, it has no smoky smell or flavor, no flowery taste, etc. From this and from the appearance and texture of the greener leaves (which fall apart very easily when handled like shu leaves do, and they are kind of slimy to the touch), I have no reason to believe these are sheng leaves.
Also, Menghai does not mention including sheng in their marketing materials for 7562 or other teas--not that I can find, anyway. My thoughts are that, if they did use sheng, they'd get marketing mileage out of it (tastes like shu, ages like sheng!). I'd be curious if the native Chinese speakers could find info from Menghai stating such.
