I bring my own tea. Before I go anywhere, I make sure to set aside at least enough tea to last me through the trip. (In fact, I'm doing that tomorrow afternoon in preparation for spring break.)

It's so difficult reproducing proper brewing conditions on the road that I've given up and have been bringing asamiya benefuki
powdered tea on trips. I don't expect it to taste good so I can't screw it up, and it really does suppress my allergy symptoms.
