My name is Dave. I just found this web-site a couple of days ago and am impressed by the knowledge and variety of opinions I've found here so far. I've been drinking good tea for nearly eight years now, but think that my overall knowledge is still rather limited.
I'm fortunate to live in an area which has excellent water right from the tap. No chlorine, no fluoride, just water - it's great to drink straight or to use to make tea.
Also, there's an annual film festival in my area which is this weekend. There's a new film out called "All In This Tea", which looks like a really interesting documentary. I've got a busy weekend planned, but hope to make time to see this. Has anyone else seen this film? There's a web-site for it: www.allinthistea.com

Here's an update on the film: I missed it... Read the film-fest schedule, this was the only one I really wanted to see and I SWORE it was scheduled for Sunday night. I was wrong, it was scheduled for Saturday night and I was busy at a party. I've checked the web-site and the film has not yet been released on dvd. I'll be waiting...
