It's all up to your tastes. Some people enjoy their young sheng to be extremely bitter. For them, a zhuni pot might be perfect. Personally, I only like bitterness in young sheng if it's balanced by other flavors and then turns into sweetness or something else in the mouth. What I look for in a young sheng pot is something which tames bitterness, yet doesn't also tame the other floral or high notes... in other words, a very rare combo. Here's mine though.
