Tea usualy helps my headaches. At least usually does not make it worse. I guess it depends on the type of headache and the type of tea.

Caffeine withdrawl headaches are usually what I get.
I get a whole range of headaches
tea is only good for the caffeine withdrawl and sinus congestion kinds...and it might make the migraine kind worse
