My first tea today was a pu-erh from China. I usually drink either pu-erh or Yunnan black as my first tea of the day because I crave something strong, dark, and intense-tasting. So, usually black tea from China.
Right now, I'm drinking some Korean black bean tea. (My last of it, too! Can't get any more until I return to NYC.)

That's a good idea! Would be even better if you had a frozen pizza to actually cook the gyo leaves into cheese

.
Started out the day with the remnants of some Da Hong Pao Premiere. I'm going through sencha withdrawals though- No time today

. Tomorrow I'm having some hot, and making an iced brew for my 16 hour shift tomorrow. Bleh...

Always start the day with sencha/shincha from Japan. Always always always.
