Does anyone recognize this puerh? and if so, does anyone know anything about it?
I saw it today in a shop in Taiwan. It is a 2005 Yiwu from the Menghai tea company.
Thanks!

From the photo, this is a B grade of the Menghai tea factory big green tree series, I think its the 2003 version.

Thanks. Have you tried it? Or do you know the general opinion about this tea? Or what it should cost?
Thanks!!

A tea with a similar wrapper could have a totally different tea cake in it. I've seen one with a similar wrapper before, its a fake version and didn't taste good either.
There are many other good tea shops in Taiwan, suggest you explore further for better options before deciding.

The bottom part of the wrapper is not fully exposed. But from here it doesn't seem to read as "menghai tea factory product". "The menghai company" may not be related to the Dayi's menghai factory at all. The wrapper is quite different from other "green tree" cake of Dayi that I have seen.
