Hi Guys,

FYI, Toru from Artistic Nippon starts selling Tin Ware (tea caddy). I bought one from him and the quality of the caddy is superb.

He just started offering them today? How did you get one already?

Oddly, when on the main AN product page, the Osaka tinware photo-link does not "work."

Artistic Nippon also just added new Iga-Yaki which are distictly reminiscent to Cory Lum's ... or are Cory Lum's like Iga???

Hi Chip,

About a month ago, I saw a pewter tea caddy from Rakuten; however, the vendor who sells it does not ship orders to the States. I contacted Toru, and he helped me.

Here is his original's reply:

"Hi Ben,

I trust you are well.
Thank you very much for your inquiry.
I am afraid I do not deal in pewter teaware, but I find it very interesting.

If you are not in a hurry, I will contact the manufacturer in Osaka on Monday.
Here is their website (sorry! it is in Japanese) and you can take a look at
some of their items.

Please let me know what you think.

Best regards,"

Wow, I really like the look of those containers! I bet they have a great weight/feel to them, too.

Toru's description is accurate (500g).
