The photo is too bright and contrast is not strong enough. So the characters can hardly be discerned. But the clay texture looks very nice. :D

Better contrast might help, but it may be that the mark has a very light impression. Either way, the characters are also the old and stylistic type, which I cannot do very well, so hopefully somebody else can.

After seeing other pictures of the teapot, especially pictures under regular light, I have to modify my comment about the clay texture. I think it's ok, nice, but not to the level of "very nice". :D

The big square mark that looks really nice just says "yixing china" like countless other pots. The pictures of the other mark still don't really help (me, at least)... sorry!
