I came across this video and couldn't figure out why the teapot was like that. Even with my qing shui ni pot, I've never exprienced it steaming like the one in the video. What would the steaming mean?

Pretty sure the steaming means it's full of hot water.
I think it's just a larger size pot, made from porous clay, with thick walls. The larger the pot, generally the better it holds heat. Same goes for the thick walls. Not really a big deal in my humble opinion.
