I usually have 1-2 different teas a day. Occasionally I will have 3 but not usually.

Working on tea #3 for the day, or #4, depends on how you count the 'last gulp' single infusion of water left all day with the Hawaiian-grown oolong of 2 nights ago. It's been sencha (Honyama from Yuuki-cha); oolong (Bai Yun from Norbu, made of Yunnan leaves in the 'Oriental beauty' style, was so hungry when I started this one infusing at lunch time that I almost chomped the leaves before the infusion was done, it smelled so good); and now the Miyazaki oolong from Yuuki-cha. Happy teas all around, and good possibility I'll get in a fourth, depending on the stamina of the Miyazaki.

Opened a bag of 2010 shi feng from Tea Gallery yesterday but it has dried out. The nose is greatly diminished, and where its nuttiness was very forthcoming and creamy when it was fresh it is now greatly diminished and grainy rather than creamy. This was a delicious, showy tea when it was fresh. Oh well.
BTW, I am patiently waiting for the big 2011 yan cha to arrive. They seem late this year.
Hou de's shui xian again for breakfast today. Have a good tea day folks.

Right now I average one: I'll have tea in the morning (either with breakfast or transported in a thermos but served in a ~3oz cup) or in the afternoon/evening at home. I'm busy enough right now that tea is an afterthought most of the time. In a few weeks things will calm down though, and I'll probably be up to two daily.
