Re: Monday/Sunday TeaDay 11/13-14/11 Contemplating tea life?
It certainly is a journey when you're venturing into the world of tea. I'm surprised at how my tastes have changed from a year ago. My first taste of a white tea/silver needle quickly turned me off due to the grassiness and vegetal tastes. Today I decided to try silver needle again and... I liked it. The grassiness is still there, but it's not disagreeable to me this time as it once was. It makes me wonder what other teas have I written off that I should revisit.
Currently in heaven drinking some Dong Ding from Norbu tea.
